Looking for a Business Loan Provider in Glendale, CA?

Paramount Loan Services is a licensed Glendale mortgage broker, not a direct lender. We match business owners and investors with the loan providers whose programs fit the deal — commercial real estate, equipment, construction and investment property.

How We Work

A Broker Between You and the Lenders

When you search for a business loan provider in Glendale, you are usually looking for one of two things: a lender that funds the loan, or someone who knows which lender will. Paramount Loan Services is the second. We are a mortgage broker (NMLS #236355): we place loans with lenders, and we do not underwrite or fund them ourselves.

That matters because business lenders are not interchangeable. One focuses on stabilized multifamily, another on owner-occupied buildings, another on equipment, another on short-term investor deals. You bring your request to us once, we package the file, and we send it where it has a realistic chance. We have arranged financing for California borrowers since 2006.

Business Loan Questions

Finding a Business Loan Provider in Glendale

Who is a business loan provider in Glendale, CA?

The provider of a business loan is the lender that funds it: a bank, a commercial lender, an equipment finance company, or a private or hard money lender. Paramount Loan Services is not one of them. From our office at 611 E Glenoaks Blvd, we work as the broker who matches a Glendale business owner's request with the provider whose program fits, through one application and one point of contact.

Which business loans can Paramount arrange?

The business financing we arrange is secured by real estate or tied to equipment:

  • Commercial real estate loans to buy or refinance the building your business operates from, or one you hold as an investment
  • Equipment financing for the machines and fixtures a business runs on
  • Construction loans for building from the ground up or renovating
  • Hard money, bridge and fix-and-flip loans for real estate investors
  • DSCR loans for rental property that qualifies largely on its rental income

Business owners buying a home are also our daily work. Self-employed borrowers can look at bank statement loans and other non-QM programs, which verify income through personal or business bank statements instead of tax returns.

Do you arrange personal loans?

No. Paramount Loan Services does not arrange personal loans. The programs we place are real-estate loans, plus equipment financing for businesses. If you own a home and want to borrow against its equity, a HELOC or home equity loan may be the right tool, and our guide to HELOC vs. cash-out refinance compares the two.

How do I choose a business loan provider?

Start with the questions that separate one provider, or one broker, from another. Good answers are specific and unhurried:

  • Are you a broker or a direct lender?
  • Which lender types do you work with for my property or equipment?
  • What will you need from me, and by when?
  • How and when are you paid, and which disclosures will I get in writing before I commit?
  • What happens if no lender approves the request?

We do not quote rates, fees or terms on this page. They come from the lender, they vary by deal, and every application is underwritten on its own facts.

What should I bring to a first conversation?

Lenders review a lot of requests, and a well-organized file gets read. For commercial property, it helps to have:

  • A clear summary of the property, the purchase or refinance goal, and your plan for it
  • Ownership details and entity documents
  • Rent rolls, operating statements and leases for income-producing property
  • Your financial documents, such as tax returns, bank statements and a schedule of real estate owned
  • For a purchase, the contract and any scope of work or budget for improvements

For equipment, the starting point is your business information and an equipment purchase order. We flag gaps before a lender sees the file and explain the story behind unusual numbers, such as a vacancy that is being renovated or a one-time expense.
